1.why does he feel like a traitor?What did Ms. Gold try to explain to Dave about the judge’s decision?
David felt like a traitor becuase he had told his mothers secret, Ms. Gold tried to explain to David that he had to make a decision between going back with his mother or being under the ssystem.
2.Describe what he saw right when he entered court?
When he enteres the court he saw his mother and his brothers waiting on a bench.
3.What would Ms Gold like david to do?
Ms. Gold wanted David to tell the judge the truth.
4.Who did Dave write a letter to?
David awrote letter to his mother.
5.What did that letter say?
The letter said that he was sorry, and that he didn't mean for it to come to that. He didn't mean to tell their secret, he didn't want to hurt the family, and if she could forgive him.
6.What did Dave say to Ms. Gold when he tapped her hand?
David asked her if he could give the letter to his mother.

7.Why do you think David’s mom didn’t say anything when the judge asked her if she had any statements?
I think she didn't say anything, becuase she was ashamed of what she has become.
8.Why does he have so much trouble deciding what to do, explain the 2 sides.What did the judge ask David?
the Jdge asked David if he wanted to be under the system or go back to his home, I think david just felt that he had to go home because that was his mother. Then he realized that he never wanted to live like that ever again.
9.What did David blurt out to the judge?
David blurted out to the judge; "You sir! i want to live with you! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to cause any trouble!"
10.What significant thing made david realize he wants to be he courts’?
Freedom and Ms.Golds perfume.
11.What did Dave’s mother say to him and what did she give him after thy left the court house?
David's mother told him to have a happy life, and to be a good boy. She gave him new clothes and toys.
12.When David waived good bye who was the only person to return his gesture?
When David waved goodbye the only person to returne his gesture was hid mother.
13.What do you think about mom’s reaction after the judges decision?
It was really diffrent like she knew all along.
